SpamAssassin - Advanced Filtering

For email clienst that support Spam sorting and filtering via message headers (ie: Eudora, Evolution, and Kmail) - you can tweak and fine tune the filter

Example headers from a of spam message is shown below.

COPYRIGHT_CLAIMED,RELAYING_FRAME,MAILTO_LINK,CTYPE_JUST_HTML,

  *  0.5 -- Subject has an exclamation mark
  *  2.6 -- BODY: There is no obligation.
  * -1.6 -- BODY: Contains a claim of copyright
  * -0.6 -- BODY: Frame wanted to load outside URL
  *  0.0 -- BODY: Includes a URL link to send an email
  *  3.2 -- HTML-only mail, with no text version
  *  2.0 -- Forged yahoo.com 'Received:' header found

You can adjust your filtering threshold based on the X-Spam-Level: header.
The number of asterisks shown indicates how many hits it aquired after being analyzed.
The more asterisks, the more likely it is spam. By default something that scores a 5
or higher is flagged with a YES as being spam, but some may feel 5 is too low a number.
To accomodate those that would like a higher threshold, you can filter off the
X-Spam-Level: header and it's corresponding asterisks

Specify a word or phrase to search for in the message header:

X-Spam-Level: *****
