Download Mozilla ThunderbirdVisit http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/ to download Thunderbird Opening ThunderbirdSelect Save File, then click OK DownloadsDouble click the .dmg file to start the install process, this may take a moment or two. Thunderbird Application FolderDrag and drop the Thunderbird icon on to the Application folder, this process may take a short time to complete. Thunderbird - Create New AccountThunderbird will now let you set up your mail account, do so by click on Create a new account (found in the middle of the application) Thunderbird - Account InformationYou will see a screen asking for your account information.
Thunderbird - Mail Server SettingsAfter you click on Continue, the screen will expand and ask for mail server information. The next step is setting up the mail client with the incoming and outgoing mail servers. NOTE: The alert that Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account is a warning that can be safely ignored. In the Username: field, enter your complete email address. In the row that starts with Incoming:
Moving on to the next row starting with Outgoing:
