Configuration
- Tap the Settings icon (looks like a window with a metal gear inside of it) at the bottom left of the first iPhone screen
- Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Tap Add Account...
- Tap Other
- Tap Add Mail Account
- Enter your first and last name in the Name field
- Enter your email address in the Address field (refer to the Welcome Letter for this information)
- Enter your password in the Password field (refer to the Welcome Letter for this information)
- Enter a short description in the Description field - this can be anything you want to use to help distinguish this mail account setup with other email accounts setup
- Tap Next or Save (upper right corner) to continue
- Wait a few moments for the next screen to load
- Scroll down a little bit until you see the heading, Incoming Mail Server
- For Host Name, enter: popmail.real-time.com
- For User Name, enter your Username (refer to the Welcome Letter for this information)
- In the Password field, clear the text or dots that are already in that field; Enter your password in the Password field (refer to the Welcome Letter for this information)
- Scroll down to the section called, Outgoing Email Server
- For Host Name, enter: smtp.real-time.com
- For User Name, enter your username (refer to the Welcome Letter for this information)
- In the Password field, clear the text or dots that are already in that field; Enter your password in the Password field (refer to the Welcome Letter for this information)
- Tap Next or Save (upper right corner) to continue
- You will see an alert about the iPhone being unable to confirm the identity of the server; continue to tap on Continue if that option shows up or tap on Details then tap on Accept to proceed
- Wait for the next screen to load, tap on Save in the upper right corner
- Push the home (physical button) at the bottom of the phone to return to the menu screen, then tap the Mail icon to start using the email client
