How to Enable Cookies

1. Click on Tools in browser menu bar
2. Select Internet Options...
3. Click on the Privacy tab
4. Select from one of the following:
   1. Adjust the setting bar and choose one of the pre-set configurations (Medium)
   2. Click on the Advanced button
      1. Place a check next to Override automatic cookie handling
      2. Select options for first party cookies (Accept) and third party cookies (Prompt)
      3. Place a check next to Always allow session cookies
5. Click the Apply button
6. Click OK

How to Enable Java

1. Click on Tools in browser menu bar
2. Select Internet Options...
3. Click on the Security tab
4. Click on the Internet icon
5. Click on the Custom Level button
6. Scroll to Scripting
7. Under the heading Active scripting check Enable
8. Under the heading Scripting of Java applets check Enable
9. Click the Apply button
10. Click OK

Using a Cache Server

1. Click on Tools in browser menu bar
2. Select Internet Options...
3. Click on the Connections tab
4. Click on the LAN Settings... button
5. Use one (or both) of the following:
   1. In the Automatic Configuration section, place a check next to Use automatic configuration script and enter in a URL in the Address: field
   2. In the Proxy Server section, place a check next to Use a proxy server for your LAN and enter in a URL in the Address: field and a port number in the Port: field. Click OK
6. Click on Apply
7. Click OK
