How to Enable Cookies
- Click on Tools in browser menu bar
- Select Internet Options...
- Click on the Privacy tab
- Select from one of the following:
- Adjust the setting bar and choose one of the pre-set configurations (Medium)
- Click on the Advanced button
- Place a check next to Override automatic cookie handling
- Select options for first party cookies (Accept) and third party cookies (Prompt)
- Place a check next to Always allow session cookies
- Click the Apply button
- Click OK
How to Enable Java
- Click on Tools in browser menu bar
- Select Internet Options...
- Click on the Security tab
- Click on the Internet icon
- Click on the Custom Level button
- Scroll to Scripting
- Under the heading Active scripting check Enable
- Under the heading Scripting of Java applets check Enable
- Click the Apply button
- Click OK
Using a Cache Server
- Click on Tools in browser menu bar
- Select Internet Options...
- Click on the Connections tab
- Click on the LAN Settings... button
- Use one (or both) of the following:
- In the Automatic Configuration section, place a check next to Use automatic configuration
script and enter in a URL in the Address: field
- In the Proxy Server section, place a check next to Use a proxy server for your LAN and
enter in a URL in the Address: field and a port number in the Port: field.
Click OK
- Click on Apply
- Click OK
