How to Enable Cookies

1. Click on Tools in browser menu bar
2. Select Internet Options...
3. Click on the Security tab
4. Click on the Internet icon
5. Click on the Custom Level button
6. Scroll to Cookies
7. Select Enable for Allow cookies that are stored on your computer
8. Select Enable for Allow per-session cookies (not stored)
9. Click the Apply button
10. Click OK

How to Enable Java

1. Click on Tools in browser menu bar
2. Select Internet Options...
3. Click on the Security tab
4. Click on the Internet icon
5. Click on the Custom Level button
6. Scroll to Microsoft VM
7. Under the Java permissions, select either High safety, Low safety or Medium Safety
8. Click OK

Using a Cache Server

1. Click on Tools in browser menu bar
2. Select Internet Options...
3. Click on the Connections tab
4. Click on the Lan Settings... button
5. Place a check in front of Use proxy server in the Proxy server section
6. Select from one of the following:
   1. Enter in the URL of the proxy server in the Address: field and specify the port number in the Port: field
   2. Click on the Advanced.. button and enter in the proxy server URL in the HTTP: field and a port number in the Port field. Click OK.
7. Click on Apply
8. Click OK
