How to Enable Cookies

1. Click on Tools -> Options on the browser menu bar
2. Left click once on the Privacy icon
3. Click on the + icon next to Cookies
4. Place a check in front of Enable cookies
   Note: feel free to chose from the additional options listed for cookie "restrictions"
5. Click OK

How to Enable Java

1. Click on Tools -> Options on the browser menu bar
2. Left click once on the Web Features icon
3. Place a check next to Enable Java
4. Click OK

How to Enable Javascript

1. Click on Tools -> Options on the browser menu bar
2. Left click once on the Web Features icon
3. Place a check next to Enable JavaScript
   Note: Click on the Advanced... button to select further options and "restrictions"
4. Click OK

Using a Cache Server

1. Click on Tools -> Options on the browser menu bar
2. Left click once on General icon
3. Click on the Connection Settings... button
4. Select from one of the following:
   1. Place a check in front of Manual proxy configuration and enter in the proxy server URL in the HTTP Proxy: field and specify a Port number
   2. Place a check in front of Automatic proxy configuration URL: and enter in the URL for the server in the text field
5. Click OK

Disable Popup Windows

1. Click on Tools -> Options on the browser menu bar
2. Left click once on Web Features icon
3. Place a check next to Block Popup Windows
4. Click OK

Software Updates

1. Click on Tools -> Options on the browser menu bar
2. Left click once on the Advanced icon
3. Click once on the + icon next to Software Update
4. Click on the Check Now button
5. Follow the instructions as listed in the popup window

Additional Security

1. Click on Tools -> Options on the browser menu bar
2. Left click once on the Advanced icon
3. Click once on the + icon next to Software Update
4. Remove the check in front of Allow web sites to install software
5. Click OK
